Projects
In addition to art exhibitions, M/Gallery has hosted a number of individual projects: poetry, digital art, electronic music, and theatre events. Elen Salina, the curator of M/Gallery, is also the organiser of Riga Last Thursdays, a monthly gallery night in Rīga that happens every last Thursday of the month.

The concept of Poetry Disco is slowly breaking out in poetry and art scene as a format combining different art expressions such as visual art, music and poetry.

As much as we are a place for displaying visual arts by new contemporary Latvian artists, we are an open platform for other art forms as well. Performances are a new type of artistic expression we have recently started to explore.

In its first art offering, three Latvian contemporary artists - Kristine Kutepova, Evija Skriba, and Emma Sofia - transform Aristīda Pagalms into a creative playfield for the city.

“Intermission”, produced by theatre group INSIGHT and organised around Kristīne Kutepova’s exhibition “Little Gardens” at M/Gallery, is an immersive play that focuses on techniques of dealing with emotions in a turbulent time.

One-night Video Art Pop-up with two Latvian contemporary artists Hele and Roberts Jansons, taking place as part of Riga Last Thursdays. The pop-up is organised in addition to Hele's solo exhibition "In Flux".
